If you want to buy reliable vehicle and treated with respect do not go there. They sold me a used vehicle with a head gasket that needed to be replaced pretending that they did not know about the problem even the vehicle passed I think it was 125 point inspection(do not know what point missed such a huge problem. Took the vehicle from the dealer to my house (8-9 milles way) and the vehicle started to smell like something is burning. Parked it in the garage. Surprise...in the morning there was big puddle of antifreeze and engine oil on the ground. Took it back to the dealer. They decided that if they wash and clean the engine this will help.Nope...more of the terrible burning smell inside the vehicle. Opening the windows did not help. I had to drive my child In this car with all this burning gases and smell coming inside. Well, she did not feel very good of course. Back to the dealer. They assured me that they checked the vehicle and had it fixed. Drove home again. Next morning drops of engine oil on the floor. Got tired of their lies and took it to a repair shop for second opinion. It did not take long for the mechanic to tell me that this car has a big issue. The engine head gasket was leaking and should be replaced(small repair of $3,300). Took it back to the dealer with the estimate for repairs and they had to take it back. It is all about making money and not caring about anything else. They knew about the issue but thought it will be OK for me and my child to ride vehicle like that. What can happen if vehicle stops working at the highway? What about all oil and antifreeze stains at my house? We felt sick every time we had to use this car,the garage and the house smelled because of this car. OK with them since it is not their family and they will be making money.I am sick of dealers taking advantage of people. One more warning. Better have yours own finance if you still decide to go there. They can not explain to you how the loan is calculating and how it amortizies. If you ask questions they do not want to answer. That is how the computer calculate it will be their answer. Really? Stay away from Joe in finance department. He does not have any customer service skills and thinks he is very big shot there. What gives him the right to add a warranty and a gap coverage without even asking me first if I even want to buy them I do not know but I will look further into it and take it to the right authorities. I know that he will make more money this way but it should be offered and explained to me being a customer and person that will be making the payments before it is even added to the financing, right? Now thinking about it he said you will need the warranty plan ..it covers bumper to bumper.. what will happen if you drive it out of the dealer and the engine blows out? Interesting example. Of all the things can go wrong with used vehicle he chose the engine on the same car that had leak from the head gasket? You would think he knew something more about the condition of the vehicle. I rather spend $3000 more and buy newer vehicle with less miles still under warranty that buy warranty from him. I would not even buy a coffee from him. Who gives him the right to take advantage of people and adding staff that he can not decide for you to add on. He was thinking that it will be an easy sell to sell it to a female like me. Wrong. He will discriminate you! He will add warranties and other staff that he did not even ask you if you want it to begin with! Be very careful if you go there. He will look down on you and be very arrogant. Very unpleasant and unprofessional individual. Dealing with customers and offering a customer service? How can he even be on a job like this?He will refuse to remove some charges even you can, he will push the paperwork so fast asking for signature without even trying to explain anything to you. I have a world for him but will not write it here. You can guess what it is. Pretty sure that the simple interest financing they claim to offer is not simple interest at all or it is some their version of simple interest but I will have somebody more familiar with auto loans look into their paperwork.Very disappointed. Wish I went on Yelp and red their reviews before going there. Would save me a lot of headaches. With so many negative reviews and not doing anything to improve I wonder how those clowns are still in business. I will reach to the franchise owner and complain about them. They made those 3 days very stressful for me and my family. I understand they have to make money but on the price of what? There are probably some honest , good people working there(I am sorry if I defended them in any way) Will not recommend this dealership to anybody. BEWARE. BAD CARS.TERRIBLE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. If you still decide to go may god or whoever you believe in be with you.
