  • At Lowe's you expect to find tools and hardware for your home. Recently I went there to get shingles for a section of my roof. They had shingles but not the colour I needed. At they desk I noticed they could order the colour I wanted. After he checked with the company to see if they had it in stock (I only needed 3 bundles), he suggested I go directly to the company and pay their price since it would cost me more if Lowe's orders it and then sells it to me. Very happy with his honesty and the company was only 10 minutes away. I did get my other material needed for my roofing project at Lowe's. With customer service like this, I will return. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because some items were harder to find
