  • STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I Have been a Chrysler owner for 30 years now and this is the WORST experience I have ever had.. I have contacted FCA of America on these guys, I am calling the better business bureau on them and talking to my attorney on them on Monday.. let me break it down: 1. They added additional warranties on my car and when I said I didn't want them they said they could not sell me the car without it. The sales guy AND the finance guy 2. They "shopped" my loan and gave 7 lenders my SSN and they all inquired dropping my credit score 60 points!! 3. I bought my car 40 days ago and traded in a car and they STILL have not paid it off. I had to make another payment and have to make another payment and received TWO LATE PAYMENTS. On my credit score dropping it ANOTHER 40 points 4.the dealer agreed to pay for my exhaust swap and My sales guy said me knew nothing about it and 1 minute later.. while he was still sitting there with me said "We are going to cover your costs" like he never just said he didn't know anything about it. I sent an email in reply to them asking about how my experience was and got nothing back. These guys at best are dishonest and at worst forcing illegal warranty packages on me (hence speaking to my attorney). STAY AWAY..
