Beyer Appliance was sent by our warranty company to fix our GE French Door Refrigerator that was leaking into and under our deli drawer from the Evap cover. Tu was the technician and he was most professional and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the parts; new evap cover and drain plug. A week later, Tu came back and installed the new parts. He was in/out in 15 minutes. The only thing that I would recommend to improve is for them to use texting or phone calls/messages to confirm appointments instead of emails. I don't always get to emails each day and may have missed confirming the appointment and likely would have to reschedule. Highly recommend their services.
