| - I live around the corner from this place, but have never been. Boy, have I been missing out! Went Saturday for the first time and it won't be my last! I know Jackson's is between a full-service and a do-it-yourself place, so I went down the street to a do-it-yourself place to hose off the caked-on mud and then up to Jackson's for a wash and wax. Received answers to all my many questions from Ron, who also provided info for questions I didn't think to ask. When my wash and wax was completed and I was deposited at the end of the trough, I drove around to vacuum (free!) and found Ron again at the ready to show me the towels, the tiny air-blower-to-dry-the-cracks thing (what the hell IS it called?), and the machine to wash mats (again free!). While I was spraying air and vacuuming, Ron was cleaning my rims and Armor All-ing my tires and flaps, all "just because"--no extra cost and no tip accepted. My workhorse, Arizona pin-striped truck left looking nearly as good as new! I'm hooked on the ease, the fun (actually, yes!), the price, and the service!
