| - I've received many messages from people asking if my review is real - YES ! MY Doctor Golpa review is completely true , he changed my life . ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP AND IS TRYING TO DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO DO THIS PROCEDURE AND OR ASK ABOUT THIS DOCTOR I AM HAPPY TO TALK WITH, so please feel free to write me and I'll send you my number privately so you can text me any questions or call. If you've already decided to do implants and are just trying to figure out what doctors to use then I strongly suggest you look into Dr. Golpa for all the reasons I stated in my original review. Price, caring quality - all the very best you could ever hope for! As far as trying to figure out if this is the right course of treatment for your dental issues , I can say to you that this procedure for someone who's suffering ongoing failing teeth and pain , after months of research and doctor appointments , for me it was clear - this procedure was the only way to go. I researched things seriously after paying out a small fortune in several root canals and caps at $3,000 each tooth , THATS INSANE!, only to have more pain, another couple of failing teeth a few months later then more pain more root canals and on and on - I realized this problem was not going to stop. After looking at what options there are and what I wanted for my long term dental health and appearance, I made the choice to get the ALL ON FOUR implants as it addressed all the issues and I knew I'd be healthier ongoing in general. Overall health in general was a big factor as I have an impaired immune system from a childhood illness and I am susceptible to infections. My gum disease was not getting better and the pain was excruciating at times. All the research stated bad dental health will result in other far more serious health issues and the ALL ON FOUR procedure seemed to address all of this , so for me, choosing ALL ON FOUR was the absolute right treatment. Finding a doctor that I could afford and trust was near impossible! It was so depressing going from a beautiful smile to suddenly failing teeth, between the pain, the cost, the appearance and then the inability to enjoy eating freely - this problem was ruining my life and changing me as a person. Looking back now I see this and I recognize how the depression impacted me on all levels , socially , professionally - your smile and your health is priceless! But what do you do if you can't afford the solution ? Figuring out how to fix my health issue became something that depressed me even more when I was being told it was going to cost $65,000 and $75,000 CASH! I don't have dental insurance. Thank god I believed I would find a better solution than traveling to Costs Rica or Mexico if I kept looking. I'm sure there are good doctors in some of these places but the risk of traveling so far to a place where these doctors are not licensed and no regulations, and then after watching the TV show BOTCHED ,where you learn the horror stories of many people who have had bad surgical procedures by traveling over the boarder to save money on a procedure - THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GIING OUT OF THE COUNTRY. But I understand - when your desperate to get medical help and you have limited funds these destinations , with their rates , start looking very appealing. Especially if you've been looking for awhile. I know after MONTHS of looking on line and calling doctors all over the USA , I started to think I was never going to find an American doctor that had comparable prices to the Costa Rican or Mexican dental labs. Finding Dr. Golpa and then his financing was a gift from God. Like many of you , when the time came to actually do the procedure , I was terrified but this is soooooo worth it. And I promise , it's truly painless - proof , this is not a joke or BS, I ate a steak, the next day!!!! THERE IS AN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD but it's fairly quick and your smile will look beautiful immediately. The adjustment is mostly in your head as you get use to how the bridge feels in your mouth, your head will catch up quickly. Im going back in January for an adjustment and I'm upgrading to a Zirconium upper because they supposedly look even better and last longer and feel even more natural. The only other thing I can say that's maybe negative is that I had incredible swelling the first week and bruising, but within a week that all went away and that's because I bruise easily. But again it was NOT PAINFUL! Last if you call their office you'll probably talk to Carlos, he will answer any questions and you'll immediately feel better about doing this and immediately see what I'm trying to convey about this group of people , you can tell they care!
