Pie Zanos is an interesting place that is most well-known for their custom mini-pizzas.
The base for the pizza is a round flat-bread (think of a flattened out pita). This base for the pizza moves through an assembly line of sorts, where you can define different sauces and toppings. You want a spicy buffalo wing chicken pizza? They can make it. You want a generic pepperoni pizza? They've got you covered.
This is great and all, but my complaint is that when it's all said and done, you're still left with the lowest common denominator: the mini-pizza's crappy pre-made pita-like crust. I found the end result to be bland and boring. It resembled a pizza, but didn't taste or feel like one.
