  • Great concept, great idea, great decor/atmosphere, VERY poor execution. It took them 20 minutes just to tell me that they didn't have the ingredients for BOTH of the smoothies I ordered. It then took me 10 more minutes to actually get them. Yes, that is a total of 30 minutes for two smoothies!!! They were busy but not that busy. The workers were definitely moving but that didn't make any difference. They need triple the workers to make that place flow smoothly. So now we are on to the smoothie review portion.... Not good!!! When I got the smoothie, it was basically juice. And yes I ordered The intense one smoothie, not a juice. I know it wasn't sitting around long so it was simply not made correctly. They were probably so stressed about the next order that they failed to make mine properly and left it warm and watery. I drank it anyways as I had a lot of time invested in the dang thing but it wasn't even close to worth $10. I would have been better off crawling to smoothie king and I still would have gotten a better smoothie faster. Again, this place has a great concept but they are running off customers before they even get a chance to get started. I saw a lot of frustrated faces in there. Maybe give them some time to sort it all out, then give it a try. Hopefully things improve. Make them right, make them faster, and actually have the ingredients that you are trying to sell!
