  • The good: Friendly, fast, clean, competent, ships UPS or USPS whether you have paid already or not, packs, and sells packing supplies and copies, gets the job done. The bad: When quoting UPS and USPS prices, they add additional profit without ever telling you how much the base carrier postage is. They also tend to overcharge for supplies and packing services. Overall evaluation: Totally unacceptable. 1 star. They can charge any price they want, but I cannot accept them keeping the base price a secret. They should tell you the base price as a service, and then add their $1-$3 convenience fee for each package, then their service fees and their supplies prices and taxes, and show it all on your receipt.
