  • I had been to Misa Nails twice. First time it was an average place to go. Nothing spectacular. I had a gift cert for the second visit. Both times I went it was unorganized confusion. I was started one thing (Mani) and in the middle of that I was move to start another (Pedi) only to end with what was originally started (Mani). I watched this guy that was doing my Pedi and became suspicious of the tools he was using, because of how quick he went from someone else's feet to mine. I asked to get my eyebrows wax and was put in a small room directly across from the "Tool" cleaning station. This room was filthy! I was afraid to lay down. I watched the man that just did my Pedi bring tools to this station, look around to make sure no one saw him (not realizing there was someone in the room behind him). I watched him take the tools out of his little box, dip them in some blue water for a second, tap them on a clothe and then put them back in his little box and move onto the next pedi. GROSS!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK..
