  • This is very similar to the desert hills premium outlet (Cabazon, CA) and livermore premium outlet (Livermore, CA). Even though it is hot outside, there are plenty of shaded areas along the walkway. The parking structure is awesome. They have lights above each parking spot. When it is empty, it lights up green and when it is occupied, it lights up red.
