  • The lattes here are probably my favorite of any coffee shop I've been to in the city. I've had pour over several times in the past, including at Neo Coffee Bar (which did an extremely poor job on the pourover), but I've never seen the robotic machine they have at Quantum which automates the pourover process. They've got probably the nicest espresso/coffee hardware I've ever seen at a coffee shop in Toronto, and the product reflects the high end machinery used to produce it. Excellent coffee, and really really delicious croissants as well.
