Katie is a wonderful wax technician and I have been going to her monthly for a year straight. Too bad the front staff has not been trained in customer service or, more importantly, customer retention. I showed up 44 SECONDS past the window for my appointment and the receptionist told me she could not admit me. To make matters worse, Katie only works Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Being a Saturday, the next day I could get an appointment with Katie was Thursday. With such a long stretch between availability, the front desk should have done what they could to keep the appointment today. 44 SECONDS is not worth losing a customer...which is what just happened. I am an annual passholder, been a loyal customer for 12 months straight, and NEVER missed an appointment window. Buyer be ware that if you are SECONDS past the admission window for your appointment, the receptionist staff will use that opportunity to lose a customer. What ever happened to doing the right thing? Well, it doesn't exist at this location. I will NOT be renewing my annual pass.
