  • If I could give them zero stars I would. I reluctantly had to place my mother here and I can't wait until I can safely place her somewhere else. The staff here barely speaks a word of English and whenever I asked where my moms nurse was "oh she's on her break and won't be back for at least 30 mins" I was then referred to speak to the nursing director who informed me that her nurse wasn't on break she just didn't want to administer my moms medication at that time. My mom would ring her call bell and it would r be answered for hours!! I didn't see her health decline this much in years and she was in immense amounts of pain. If you can go ANYWHERE else please do. This place while a care facility is poorly run and the patients don't thrive here as they should.
