  • Interesting enough that when I contacting the billing dept at west valley imaging, I was notified that they only "know that they over charged the patient when the patient calls in." They charged on 1/13/2106 for the MRI, received the benefits from my insurance company on 2/8/16. If I didn't call today they would just keep the additional funds that they charged me
