The first time I went here I had a great experience by an older Vietnamese barber who told me he just started and liked the job. As Asians, we know it's difficult to find someone who knows how to work with asian hair.
The next time i returned, I met the younger woman (I believe she was the owner), who rudely told me that older barber "quit". That's odd. Whatever, I needed a haircut so asked her how much it was. She told me, "for you, I make it cheaper, $12"... I'm thinking that's the same price the other guy charge me; and if she had a different price for each person?
I decided I need a haircut anyway and proceeded. She asked me what clip size I wanted. "Three", I said. "No honey, #2 looks better on you" and she proceeded to cut with a #2 against my request!! It turned out shorter than I wanted. I was livid.
Needless to say I have never returned. I don't like doing business with unscrupulous people who lack any customer service skills whatsoever.
