  • I booked the Ballroom for a team event - there were approximately 12 of us that attended. Despite having a booking we were told that we "weren't noted as having a reservation for a lane" and that we would need to sit in the bar. The location is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was quite nice. I've also been on the roof top and was pleasantly surprised at how busy and high-energy the place generally is. I'm a big fan of good service - and I can say that despite the eagerness of our team to keep the drinks and food coming, we often had to "seek out service". Additionally, out of all the menu items we ordered, nothing was truly spectacular. With that being said, the mini corn dogs were delightful... that's about it. Food & service wise, this place is nothing special and the bowling is overpriced. I love the concept and anticipate that this place will continue to keep busy - it is too bad the food and service can't keep up. I'd be happy to "pay" for a great overall experience. With that being said, I'm not sure I'll be planning any more events here any time soon.
