  • I love living here! I relocated to the Las Vegas area a few months ago by way of SoCal (Los Angeles) and landed here at The Copper Creek Apartments. The first person I spoke with was Vanessa Taucer who leased me the apartment. She conducted a thorough needs assessment and found me the perfect living quarters. The Copper Creek community is very friendly. Neighbors speak and introduce themselves; lotsa people from all over the country; in addition, you may find very friendly residents around the club house. The office professionals are FANTASTIC. Being new to town, Vanessa ensured I was familiar was local venues and outdoorsy activities that spoke to my lifestyle. Any maintenance requests I have submitted are promptly addressed with a gracious follow-up. They also have an amazing and convenient payment portal for the residents to easily transmit rent which is an A++++ for me (as my career constantly has me on the road. I am an enthusiastically satisfied resident. The amenities are fantastic enjoy a great: GYM (24hours) pool, hot tub, rec room, gated community, car port with unit, on-campus security, yoga, Business Center and much much more. The only thing that underwhelms me in the community is the advertised on-campus Wi-Fi, its VERY spotty and not much bandwidth...but what the heck, its an awesome community. If you contact them, ask for Vanessa Taucer she'll ensure you are placed in the right space...she's cute and awesome!
