  • Ordered 30k dollars worth of shutters. Long delays in getting actual product. Poor communication on status of order from company. Ordered 5k dollars in drapes. Come to find out they were never ordered after 2 months of run around. End product and installers were awesome. Only bright spot. This was a large purchase for me. I used my retirement savings. I thought I would at least get courtesy calls with updates. I understand delays, but at least contact me and let me know what is going on. This is the only purchase I have worried about not getting my money back. I felt like it was really shady. Greg service until you sign on the dotted line, then you are a nuisance after that. This company is the middle man basically. They contract the install, measuring and thank God they do. I am extremely satisfied with the end product, but I think it would be consumer's expectation to be treated very well for this amount of money. to me this place is like taking a bus instead of plane to Hawaii. You will be amazed when you get there, but its the worst way to get there. be wary of this place!!!
