  • "Superb" customer service. I was just in the store (1/16) and ready to purchase bindings and boots. It was in my hand. All that was needed was someone to get it from the back. No one acknowledged me. Finally one worker who was helping another customer did and said he'll get someone to help. After waiting another 5 minutes and watching 3 workers stand around the cash register doing nothing, I left. They could have easily made $400.
