  • I had been going to this location for about 3 years now, and I'd always come back not only for the sales but because of the great staff too. Until tonight (1/24/17) though, I have decided that I don't really wanna ever come back to this Cotton On. My husband and I were greeted nicely as always by an employee who let us know about their deals for the day. Then there was a manager or a new employee I've never met before. I was just looking through their clearance stuff in the women's section, and my husband, being a bored husband, was just following me around and talking. That manager lady kept talking to us insincerely acting like she actually wanted to help us telling me about the deal I already heard about, asking how I was and quickly being like "Great", saying if I wanna try something on to let her know, when it was obvious she was just trying to make it known that we're being watched. She proceeded to follow us and act like she was putting stuff away like we were going to steal something! That really didn't sit well with me at all. Was it 'cause my husband's black? Was it 'cause he was leaning on the racks? I don't know what her issue was, but her vibes were not good welcoming ones like the other employees' have always been. This lady just completely ruined this place for me.
