I had such high hopes for this place. I never knew I loved tiramisu until I tried my friend's. She's honestly a master chef and made the best tiramisu I've ever tasted - and I have tried LOTS. But of course, she rarely makes it. So anyway, recently I have been hunting and being an Italian bakery I thought they would have decent tiramisu. They have individual portions that are essentially what the cake would taste like, and it was nothing special. Nothing compared to my friend's tiramisu. La Sem in Mississauga also makes a good tiramisu, but nothing compares to my friend's (she does make it the traditional way). I also tried their strawberry shortcake pastry and some other small things but it was all whatever.
