We walked here on Saturday evening from our hotel after a hockey game. It was less than 0.5 miles from the Park Hyatt where we stayed, so very convenient for a quick nightcap. It is right below the Duke of York but focuses on local brews rather than the British fare of its upstairs neighbor. They had a decent menu with typical pub fare (hot wings, nachos, poutine), and had a few great local brews on tap. Service from the bartender was quick and friendly.
I couldn't give the fourth star for the simple reason of fruit flies. I know they're a nuisance, and I know they can be seemingly everywhere. There were only a couple but they seemed to love hanging out at the tappers, which is right where we chose to sit and enjoy food and drink.
It really is a great spot for grabbing a local brew while you're out and about, but I would love to see them clean the bar area up a bit (close the door so the customers can't see all of the tapper hoses crawling across the ceiling and the trash waiting to be emptied) and get rid of the fruit flies.
