I wanted to take the time to update my review at OdySea and give a HUGE shout out to Jake Hustead from their guest relations. On our first visit we did not have a very great experience and do to some sign issues we actually missed half of the aquarium. After I posted my review Jake advised us that it sounded like we had missed a lot of things and offered my entire group to come back a second time complimentary. Right from the start we had such a great experience. JR (employee working customer relations) introduced himself and had our tickets waiting for us per Jake. He explained a ton of things to check out and gave us a pamphlet with times to see certain activities going on in the aquarium. JR also advices us to check out the downstairs bathrooms next to customer service which has an awesome view of the shark aquarium. Even if you don't have yo go you should check it out I saw a few things on the top level I had missed the first go around; like a sloth, a great view of the otters, and an area for the kids to color a picture and scan it onto a big screen to make it come to life. I do still feel the upstairs area is kinda basic, but the touch pools are awesome and watching the otters and penguins my kids and I enjoyed. Downstairs was amazing from the second we started down the escalator. So awesome that it's hard for me to narrow it down what was the best. I will say I loved, loved, loved the jelly fish, 3D movie, and aquarium carousel. Another cool feature was the aquarium walk through tunnel . It's an entirely new experience to have the feeling of walking through such a huge aquarium. I just wanted to end my review by saying what an asset Jake is to the aquarium and really made us feel welcome and helped us really have a great experience. He also advised they are aware of the signage issue and working to correct it so other people visiting don't have the same issue I did and leave missing the entire other half of the aquarium. Which again is the BEST part.
