  • This place is how you do business. Located in China town this place stands out the most. Bear in mind there are a million other Thai spots on the street. So choosing this one was strictly based of Yelp reviews. Man am I glad we listened. Walked in and first thing you see is a gorgeous stream of water running down a mirrored wall. At night it's beautiful and adds flair as you walk in. We were immediately greeted and sat. Restaurant wasn't too busy but again it was early dinner. I don't mind when it's slower because my food is faster and always tastes better. We ordered our drinks and appetizers off the bat. We got and order of crab rangoons and a platter which consisted of chicken satay, spring rolls, crab Rangoons and pork dumplings. Each having their own sauce to dip in such as sweet and sour and peanut sauce. Best satay I have had in a LONG time. Spring rolls weren't my favorite but everything else was good for an app. Our server came to take our order. He didn't write it down but spoke it back to us perfectly. Food came out staggered with entrees. I think they thought we were doing family style which we were not. So my meal came about 5 minutes later. The staff seems to work as a team because I had about 4 different people waiting on us from order taking, to bussing, to drink refills. Team work makes it work better. I didn't sit there waiting for anything because someone was always around. I obviously ordered Pad Thai. As we all know on here that's like all I get. Their spice meter is all over the place. I can handle spice and the 2 was a lot. For me it tasted great. For some at the table it was TOOOO hot and that was just a 2 out of 10. Pad Thai was great. Didn't have too many peanuts which I like an abundance of. I actually added pineapple to it and it made it even better. Try it next time you get pad Thai. All meals were large and can be split for two or good for take home left overs. We all saw fried bananas on the menu so you KNEW that was happening. Came out at a good time. Not overly battered and very warm. The bananas were very tasty. I thought it was a caramel sauce on it but it was honey and I hate honey so I had to eat around it :( we had ours served with mango and coconut ice cream. Other than that this place is great! Defiantly check it out if you are in China town. I know there is a lot to choose from but you won't regret this place.
