I started using Eurocars this past December. I've owned over 30 cars and personally have driven over a million miles. I strive to regularly maintain my vehicles. This was the first time I have not down repairs at a dealership, lesson learned. My experience is dealerships will backup their work, work with you and warranty the work. I had some significant repairs on my Volvo recently including control arms, cam seals and replaced timing belt. 2 months later I had a serpentine belt shear and a PC get into timing belt and caused the car to jump timing. I contacted Eurocars and felt there was relationship to their working on cam and belts this mishap. Eurocars response was that this was an isolated incident and no relationship to the work they did. If they would have come back and just said well we do the best we can but we will work with you and fix vehicle and reduce cost over what dealer is charging to fix. Dealer will be fixing at cost of $4200. If you go to these small shops I would limit it to small jobs. I just hope I don't run into problem w/control arms and cam shaft. Other than that they seem like nice guys...
