  • Where to start? Dr. Don G. Timpton is a wonderful and gifted dentist, I never had any problems with him, he was always very friendly along with his dental hygienist Johnathan. The problem was with his office manger Bridgitte who happens to be Dr Timpton' s wife. I scheduled an appointment to have a chipped tooth fixed and waited a good month and a half to have done. On the morning of my appointment which was at 8:30am I was under the impression this work that I had requested to be done, 2 hours later 10:30ish-10:45am I'm leaving the office without my problem being solved after just a cleaning. Bridgitte, informs me that they don't do that type of work in the morning and it can only be done M-F after 2 in the afternoon, I work during those hours and this is why I made this early morning appointment in the first place. She was incredibly rude and very nonchalant. Mind you I've been coming to Dr. Timpton for years and Bridgitte attitude and lack of compromise was the straw that broke the camel's back. I found a new dentist, even through the 2 hour appointment for a cleaning. I would not recommend coming here if you have to go through that woman or don't mind wasting time. Bridgitte, lies about appointment times, cancels appointments without notice, and will never do what she say she will such as return back calls. Dr. Timpton, your wife/office manger is the only problem with your practice and you'll lose a lot business because of her I can guarantee it if you haven't already.
