This is a great place to go when you just need a little space.
I was skeptical since my aunt had always talked about this as being my great grandmother's favorite place in the city - I mean really, gardens aren't usually on the top of my list of places to visit during exam season.
BUT - I was proven wrong - this is a great place to take a break and I will definitely be back - perhaps next winter when Toronto is enveloped in snow and I am craving some warmth and green space.
Since it is right downtown, and close to Cabbagetown, it has the potential to be a part of a relaxed afternoon of wandering.
