  • I wish I could give them 3.5 stars. I don't know that I would use a Yay! for this company. I purchased a Groupon for $29 for cleaning of two rooms, a $79 value. I think the room sizes were like, 15x7 or something. They were a joy to work with in terms of setting up an appointment. I called them, and got their voicemail. They called me back within an hour, but I was not able to clal them back. They actually followed up with me the next morning. The woman who schedules the appointments is very nice and funny on the phone. She was able to answer all my questions, and was up front about the pricing. They were to arrive between 1-3pm, and they came right in the middle, at 2pm. The only thing was, I had my aunt wait at the house for the cleaning bc I had to work. I'd been quoted an additional $20 on top of my Groupon bc I wanted the one carpet shampooed. What is the point of steam cleaning without shampoo? I don't get it. My carpet was filthy, so I paid the $20 gladly. But then there were 'room size' overages, and it ended up that the bill was going to be $55, on top of the Groupon, and I wasn't expecting that. I told my aunt where there was extra cash in the house, but we ended up with $54 instead of $55, not enough money. The carpet cleaning guy was super nice and said it was close enough and he had a few dollars in the van he could chip in. That was so very nice, I hope posting this doesn't get him in trouble bc he didn't have to do that at all. The carpets do look much cleaner. The one that was steam cleaned was completely dry. The carpet in the room that was shampooed was completely soaking wet. It was as damp as when I use my personal carpet cleaner on it, before the suction. How do the carpets get clean if the dirt is not sucked out??? When I say the carpets were wet, I mean I walked on them wtih socks and had to take the soaked socks off. My dipshit, long haired cat who hates water tried to lay on the carpet, and then when she stood up the side of her body that was on the carpet was soaking wet and she was so confused. That was kind of funny. 8 hours later, the carpets are still wet. My carpet cleaner is broken, or else I'd run it over to suck up some of the water. We've got fans going, but I'm really unhappy about how wet the carpet is. Looks clean, but its soaked.
