  • What a mistake! I booked an appointment here for my boyfriend and I at the last min (V-day). Couples massage, wrap and a few other things. This is also AFTER reading all of the previous reviews here. I figure: A. I was lucky to have found a place that could get us in; B. Why not give them a chance! I was feeling unsure about my decision but....it was booked, we may as well go. Man oh man.... First - even though I had requested one room for the both of us; they had set up 2 separate ones. Then, instead of receiving 4 fun treatments, 1 was cut for both of us. We were supposed to have a great 3.5 hours at the spa and got only 2! What really flipped me was when we went downstairs to pay they tried to charge me $100 more! After I complained they said that I'd misunderstood the package and what I thought was the amount for both of us was actually per person - meaning they wanted double what I had originally booked! After 30 min of complaining to a manager on duty we finally got the original price ($410 no less). After paying, the manager gave us 2 coupons for 50% off our next visit. I'm not so sure we'll be using them.
