This gym is between my office and home. I clicked on the guest pass. Went in today to check it out. The tall guy up front gets a 5*. He was friendly and very nice. He calls over the Manager. She clomps up in her dread locks. She addresses him, not me. Does not introduce herself. She tells him I need to take a seat. That the girl that can help me, it's her turn, so I have to wait. ( Are you kidding me??) I tell her I'm on a schedule and need to be somewhere, I do not have the time to wait. She informs me that I have to be weighed measured checked and then shown around. Or I can express and pay $15 and skip the process.
Does she even get the concept of Customer Service????
I ask for my drivers license back.
Tell her no thanks. She gives me a look.
I walk out.
Unbelievable.
She was horrible.
I walk into my gym at Mountainside , I'm greeted with friendly Hello's from front desk staff.
Pleasantville again....ahhhh
I'll stay and drive further.
