  • I was highly disappointed when I went to redeem my Free Valentines Day wash when I was told that it expired. No one told me the day I bought the deal that it had an expiration date nor did it say anywhere on the receipt that it would expire. The car wash itself does a good job but I was highly disappointed in the poor customer service I received yesterday. Next time you run a deal like this, an easy solution would be to put an expiration date on the receipt so you don't have disappointed customers.
