  • I made the mistake of going today along with everyone else ending their Winter Break. The service was the pits. The nail technicians struggled to manage the customers and balance their time appropriately. The wait was longer than usual and they took customers walking in off the street before customers who signed in and were already seated. When I addressed the concern the nail tech attempted to justify the mishap. I refuse to patronize any business who gives less than stellar customer service.Needless to say, I left and will never return!!!
