  • The baked products are great and I would have a five star review based on quality. However, this morning I went in to get my wife a birthday cake. Their tiramasu cake is heavenly and that's what i was buying. When I asked them to put a Happy Birthday message on the cake, the clerk told me that they were too busy today to do that. That is horrible customer service and I wrote this Yelp review to make sure the owners understand that it is unacceptable customer service. I have therefore lowered the rating to three stars because of the this lapse.
