The service at first was great. It was fast and they took care of everything. When I noticed the windshield and the camera mount that come from factory wasn't the same I brought it up. The manager was courteous and prompt in speaking to the insurance and getting an approval to replace it again with a factory windshield and they even had it in stock. (I have a trd sport Tacoma, what tells it apart? A sticker on the side that's why I paid more because that's what I wanted and if a sticker says it is a special edition I wanted that sticker, in this case a GoPro sticker on the camera mount as dumb as that may sound). They took care of that. However, when I brought my truck back the manager must have not been having a good day. He wasn't as courteous any more. I brought to his attention that I know every inch of my truck since I am getting other stuff from that same claim through the insurance done and even took pictures. The reason why I brought this up is that the corners on the hood were bent down. Something I look at constantly while driving and is extremely noticeable and something that was not there before. Instead of asking about it or try to find a solution he immediately denied any wrong doing on their part. He stated that their employees don't even come close to that area, as he said that, I turned around and there were two guys on two different vehicles climbed up working on the cars. He argued further and tried to bed it back, said that they would try to bend it back but did nothing about it. At first it was alright then I ended up with what I wanted, which sucks because if I didn't say anything they wouldn't have fixed it right in the first place. And now the corners of my hood are bent.
