  • This is a campaign against this Prestige Dental Clinic in Henderson manned by THERESA A RUDE OFFICE MANAGER I really regret going to this clinic! I should have read the poor reviews first before going! & If I were to put a star it should be a ZERO star to begin with. Last June 2013 My husband went there for check up and they have proposed a repair for his upper teeth and told us the estimated a cost for that, knowing it is costly so my husband made a deposit of $200 "willingly", to think they never required us to make a deposit. The services were not done yet, since my husband didn't get a chance to go back their clinic after 2 appointments he went to. I called up last month November asking if I can get a refund for the $200 that was prepaid/deposited, and the staff named Gloria told me that they will get back to me because another staff is in-charge for that and she doesn't have clue about it, so I have waited but they didn't call back. 3 weeks ago i followed it up again, another staff told me that their accountant will go there once a week and the accountant would know about it, only the accountant can answer that and I called again the next week & another staff told me that because the insurance did not pay yet but when i called up insurance, the insurance said that prestige dental did not give sufficient informations or documents for them to process the claim so the insurance company will not be able to pay them. To cut the story short, this Prestige Dental have given me run arounds. They are not quick to give you a call or feedback for the concerns raised up long time ago. The staff named Gloria, Cynthia and Theresa were not even nice over the phone to accommodate my concerns! The Manager Theresa did not even say sorry because of the incompetency of her staffs !!!!she explained to me about things but does not make sense at all. Why can't this clinic just gave me a refund of my $200 back then process the billings with the insurance and bill us whatever balance is due, i just don't get it!!!! Theresa was talking to me at the same time I am talking to her! very unprofessional, there was no point arguing with this incompetent office manager!!! It is none of my concern if the insurance didn't process their claim because of some information that this clinic failed to deliver to the insurance long time ago that should have been fixed already! if this clinic gave the insurance some proper information then it would not come this ugly point where in I will swear to tell every single soul here in Nevada Not to go to this PRESTIGE CLINIC! They should change its name to INCOMPETENT DENTAL! then they got TO with hold my $200 because of their incompetency!!!! I am really furious!!!!very poor customer service!!!!!! I will tell all my friends and relatives don't go to this clinic!!!!! I will make sure to write reviews about their very poor customer service!!!!I will not stop writing reviews about my concerns until this clinic will give my refund of $200 back!!!!
