  • Terrible service, fails often with no support over the phone or internet. For the huge $300/month cost for many useless channels, they can't even keep a 2 hr program on Aaron Hernandez from failing repeatedly. They absolutely stink!!!!!!!! These companies should be put out of business or pay huge penalties for lousy service. One star is definitely more than they deserve.
