Making it easier for someone to cancel a membership would be great. I have had the worst customer service experiences at PF especially at the Arcadia location in PHX. Every person I've come to talk to over the phone or in person is rude and not helpful.
I have $20 withdrawn from my acct every month (with receipts to prove it) yet anytime I try to use MY membership that I PAY FOR they say my acct shows red flags but they don't know why?
It's ridiculous that I have to show proof of payment everyday while trying to get a work out in. Planet fitness is NOT worth the energy or embarrassment.
