Went there today with my coworkers. We've been to the Tempe location before but thought we might get in and out a little faster at this location. Our server Tony had a trainee with him and both of them were very charming. When our food was coming out, Tony explained that there had been some confusion in the back and that my friend's Rosemary Chicken would be delayed but in the meantime would we all love to munch on a portabello mushroom with red sauce, cheese, etc, and they were insanely apologetic and said in addition to the substitute pasty, her original would be free of charge. The manager came over to apologize as well and they were so nice we almost felt bad them THEM. The food was fantastic just as it has been every other time I've eaten here or at their other location. This time the charming "Tony" turned the mistake into a great positive as we got to try a new pasty and got to see some awesome customer service (and training of customer service). The way they handled it was top notch..we wouldn't have even expected TWO freebies, much less ONE since we really didn't have to wait that long to receive the correct order. Really can't recommend this place enough, and haven't had a pasty I didn't like.
