  • If I could give a zero stars I would. We called in June because my husband was experiencing memory loss, has a history of seizures and migraines. Was recommended to see Dr. Eros as he could treat him as a whole. We waited two months for the appointment, drove in from surprise to be told not only was the appointment canceled without notification but he can only treat the migraines. Awful customer experience and now we are back at square one. Funny they have a sign in their lobby that if you miss an appointment you owe $40 for a no show fee. Get your crap together! Might consider changing from Core for his back too. Zero patient care!!!
