  • Look, in this area of town the hotels are just old in general. This one is in the process of being remodeled so that will be taken care of soon. The reason I always stay here is because the staff here is the best in Arizona. They are truly accommodating and professional. They're a pleasure to deal with when rooms need to be changed and getting a good check out time. Mike and Jennifer are top notch in the hotel business. The company should be proud of them. I am happy to see it once it is remodeled because it's a great location, but yes the beds are old as are the sinks/showers.
