When I called to make a same day appointment I was excited that they were available and even when I needed to change the time, they were very accommodating. I got in on a Groupon deal for couples massage, facial, and paraffin hand dip. When we arrived it was..interesting...to be completely honest I felt like I was in a refugee shelter. There were so many rooms and it was dark. The bathroom did not look clean. The beds and sheets, the rooms, it all did not look professional and inviting. My massage was the most painful massage I've ever had. I was just praying for it to be over. I don't believe my masseuse spoke English. I felt like I was being beaten or I was a washboard. My husband's masseuse did speak English and was playful and would check on him about the pressure and how he was feeling. The facials were a complete joke. There was one lady doing it and she would trade off between my husband and I. It wasn't calming or relaxing. It honestly looked like she was just using any old skincare regimen with a bucket of water and wash rag. I could do that at home by myself with much more expensive products. The absolute worst part was the end. I thought this nightmare was over but they were requiring me to tip at least $10 a person and not only that since the girl did 2 facials, the front desk lady said I needed to tip her $20. The facial person (not going to call her an esthetician because that would be wrong and she's far from one) was standing right there. She only spoke with the front desk person in their language. I was confused as to why I had to pay a certain amount for tip. It is a tip. Nothing said I had to leave a certain gratuity in the paperwork. I finally said F it because I need to leave this place. After she learned how much she was going to be tipped she walked off and said something in her language. I would rather spend double, even triple for an amazing spa experience and facility than this $200 nightmare that ruined our amazing Vegas trip. We are still traumatized and angry with our experience. I need to book another spa day at a REAL spa to erase this one from memory.
