  • Horrendous staff costumer service. Watched a costumer raise a concern and the front desk staff member cut them off then went on to say it's the costumers fault (when it seemed like it was both a staff and costumer issue). The staff member went on to shake his head after the costumers left. I rented a vehicle this time but if I return, I will rent elsewhere.
