| - I started looking at vehicles, knowing that I was upside down in my current vehicle, hoping for the best. After test driving the CX5 Grand Touring and knowing that this was "THE" vehicle for me, I was disheartened to find out just how upside down I was on my car, and that a deal seemed highly unlikely. Taylor Stephens, my sales representative, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, so I was bummed that we would seemingly not be doing business with him. We said our goodbyes and I assumed that was it. One day later, I received a text from Taylor stating that he was still trying to figure out a way to make this happen. After some texting/calling back and forth, I was astonished to find that Taylor was able to somehow make a deal (I didn't up my down payment by much at all). I drove back to the dealership and seriously, when all was said and done this evening, I was out the door in less than 90 minutes. Between my two visits to Berge Mazda, I had invested less than two hours and walked away not just with a new vehicle that I love, but happy that this buying adventure was such an easy process. Never before have I had such a hassle-free, friendly car-buying experience. Taylor (and Berge Mazda) earned a thankful, loyal customer in me and I cannot recommend either highly enough.
