Very disappointing service, slow, not responsive after calling and sending several emails...few days goes by and I get a call back.
( not going to mention service writer name )
My car was in the shop for over a week for very minor small repairs.
When asked about installing a couple of missing screws their response oh No...this whole thing has to be replaced for a $500 plus plus..
I bought two screws from Lowes and installed my self ...problem fixed no problem.
I am an Infiniti owner since 2004 I receive excellent service every time I visit Infiniti, I get a FREE LOANER and a courteous staff that is responsive.
For my 3rd vehicle the Acura I just purchased:
1- it will be the last one I buy because of my experience at Hendricks Acura.
2- My son wanted to an Acura few days ago and I told not to based on my experience at Hendricks Acura.
Not only you lost my business at the service department
Also went back to Infiniti and we purchased a 4th vehicle which makes 3 Infiniti's and Acura.. in the house hold.
Also I must add Acura ride and quality is not there.
Buy into another brand such as Infiniti Mercedes or BMW.
