The first time I came to Sushi Too, I ordered some rolls. They were terrible.
Months later, I decided to give it another try by ordering some real sushi -- the chirashizushi (also known as the chirashi don), which is only available on the physical menu in the restaurant and not on the online menus. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. It was actually pretty good. It consisted of a good variety of fish, including (if I remember correctly) lean tuna, fatty tuna, farmed Atlantic salmon, octopus, snapper. While these pieces of sashimi are not particularly outstanding, they are not too bad for a budget sushi restaurant (unlike the unfresh stuff found in certain other Pittsburgh sushi restaurants). The egg and the crab sticks were welcome additions too.
I'd give it four stars for the quality of the chirashi, but then numerous fruit flies and sticky stains on the tables warrant the subtraction of another star.
