LOCATION!!
I Moved here June 8, 2017 into the 1 bedroom.
Wanting to be close to work & the airport.
Once we're out of this community obviously we're at the boarder line of Hood! Lol
i'm about to hit a year, my experiences here has been amazing. It's a very quiet community. The neighbors are nice. A lot of dog lovers. Most of the residents here are in college, airline industry, or in the casino industry. Hardly any kids around.
Clean pool, community, & very friendly staff.
Shout to Jasmine Ruiz, every time I had any questions or concerns she was always there and was super helpful.
Honestly, this is the oldest building I've ever lived in but the best experience I had. When I first moved in they had a welcoming box for me. A bin with water, snack, shower curtain, sponge, etc. #above&beyond
I was planning on renewing my lease but unfortunately last night I decided to start a new chapter with my girlfriend in the summerlin area.
The only con I would have to say about this community is the awful labor of having to carrying my Landry to the Landry room. I really wish there was a w&d in my unit so I wouldn't have to say goodbye to my "home."
Another CON is there's always that bad apple in the community. Sometimes I am shock when leaving for work in the morning and seeing how much my neighbors liter. You'll see bags of fast food, or left over boxes trashed in the parking lot.
The maintance guys do, do a great job in cleaning up after these guys. But it's so annoying to see how much they don't respect where they live & how much they need to be taken care.
All in All, thank you 4200 for a great living experience. I'm going to miss this place, the awesome neighbors, & the furry babies . It's been a pleasure.
