| - I agree with all the bad reviews about the customer service. And this review is specifically for the playroom. Their staff is very incapable, and look to unhappy to work there. I've been only taking my child twice there and I'm ready to cancel the service. HE HATES IT!..They both times call me back within 30 min because my child was crying. Second time while looking through the cameras, all they did is to hold him in the arms, he's a toddler, he wants to play not just be hold by a stranger. Also don't blame on the girl there's no really much there to play with. You need to improve the toddler area.
I also find out that now you gotta do appointments to drop your child what? Seriously who can plan a time when you have kids, they argued it gets busy after 4. There was just 1 baby and a toddler when I dropped my child but only one person in charge. Seems to me they don't want to pay for more personal, but they keep selling memberships with this service. They should have some control of capacity and stop selling memberships with this service if they can't keep up wit it.
In general the gym is good, has good equipment, love their classes, altho this specific location is lacking of classes lately and the few they have, can get really packed. For classes, I like north and northwest location, but they're way too far from me.
I've been a member since 2008, and stop coming for a year after giving birth, I just signed up again 2 months ago and I'm already feeling regrets. I hope they improve their service.
