  • Best rental experience of my life. I've been a tenant in Mesa, Arizona for 2.5 years, and we just signed our 3rd lease. (one year lease, 18-month lease, now another 18-month lease) They have merged with Waypoint Homes, so I am writing a full review on their Yelp page. I was ALWAYS able to get someone on the phone, they fixed issues fast (often same day), and the staff in the office are really nice and VERY competent. It's refreshing. I renting from apartment companies in the past and just had an OK experience, this is AMAZING by comparison. It's also Amazing by comparison to renting from an individual owner bc their homes are their inventory, so it's in their best interest to take good care of them - which they do. And in my experience they don't just treat me like a number, they remember me and ask how I am every time we speak. GREAT!
