| rev:text | 	Manager is useless.  Before you get the details, let's go through what was done well.
Sitting at the bar. Our bartender is great (long black hair, tall, slim, named Aja/Asia?) and really doing a terrific job to be attentive. 
Our food came out quickly on a Thursday evening (7:30pm).  
Shrimp veracruz has a delicious salad and rice.  There are around 12-15 pieces of midsized shrimp for the order.
The Mahi Mahi fajitas tastes great but there wasn't a lot of fish for $24.  It does not come with rice so you're essentially making your own tacos (grilled Mahi mahi, onions, peppers with jars of Pico de Gallo, fresh sour cream, and shredded cheese).
Male bartender (white button up semi see through short sleeve) was smack talking the female bartender when she stepped away to check on our order.  Not sure why he thought customers sitting in front of him couldn't hear it but he he tried to get the other Asian bartender upset about her leaving her station and leaving him alone etc. Basically they are bro-ing it up behind the bar and talking smack about their coworkers but smile in their face.
Biggest problem, the manager. He has not stopped texting since we've sat down for the past 40mins.  He's not managing his staff, helping serve, or coordinate.  In fact, 40 mins ago, our server asked him to change the channel to the NFL game.  30mins later, when she followed up, he told her "have the customer look up on their phone what channel the game is on and I'll change it."  Um, excuse me!? For a man who hasn't stopped texting on his phone or failing miserably at hitting on his service staff / bartender, he has some galls.
Overall, food is not bad and you're paying a casino premium. Service to the customer is pretty good but their biggest problem is the staff here clearly don't get alone with each other and their conversations as well as disagreements spill over to the customers' experience.  I would implore RRC to come in with better management to get their personnel under control. |
